My class has one computer that works and it used for the SmartBoard. We do many projects in Science and Social Studies in the class the require research. The Chromebooks will allow those students with no access to technology at home to actively participate. They will also help prepare them for middle school. These Samsung Chromebooks will be used often for reinforcing lessons, introduce new information, and assessments. The addition of the Chromebooks to my classroom will allow for the low performing students to get additional remediation needed. The higher performing students will also benefit from the enrichment that is provided through their usage. I am hoping to fully fund this project and provide my students with a resource, such as this, that they really need.
