The novel we will be reading connects like-aged students to the world's first 'Moonies' or lunarnauts. We will follow the journey of the twelve-year-old protagonist as he discovers mystery and intrigue on the once boring Moonbase. Students will use this novel in their study of celestial masses and connect ideas within Space Case to STEM ideas they will be presented during this study. It is such a great tool to utilize during the study of our moon and other planets to put students in the shoes of characters in a world where humans are able to travel and live on other planets.
