This Maker Space station will be a place where students are encouraged to use their imagination, planning skills and areas of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and even arts & craft skills (STEM or STEAM) to make their ideas come to life. I want my second graders to have the opportunity to learn in ways besides using a paper and pencil! I want them to learn to use as many skills as possible throughout their day & be exposed to a way of learning that taps into all parts of their brain, despite the kind of learner they may be.This way of learning will target auditory, visual, reading/writing, and kinesthetic learners all while touching on all content areas!
