My mission is to help all students fall in love with living an active life without having to be the star athlete! All kids deserve the opportunity to be physically active, despite their sports ability or developmental ability. Cardio drumming will provide an enriching unit for all grade levels K-5 teaching cardio movement. It also is a great way to work collaboratively with our music teacher on teaching drum beats and counting! Overall, this would be a fantastic unit to teach during the year, as well as a wonderful opportunity for a student choice activity. Thank you for helping!
