My students need specific direct instruction. Having access to an iPad in the classroom will enable us to make the curriculum match their needs more. There are math games online that my kids can plan that align to common core standards and help them practice math at their level. That is one example but there are other ways the extra tech can help. The extra access to their accommodations would be another benefit. When all the kids have text-to-speech software but we are not a one-to-one school they have to share which wastes valuable class time. I want to give my kids the best chance to be as successful as possible and this will help me do it.
