My students can continue their learning at home with access to quality reading materials on their reading level. They can continue practicing decoding, fluency, and comprehension to grow their literacy skills. My students can read these books for fun, and I plan to use them for fiction and nonfiction literacy lessons. Students can discuss and write about what they read in these books. Reading will also boost their language acquisition and exposure to English throughout the summer. I plan to mail these books to students' homes in packets so students have access to reading material throughout the summer. Please help fund this project so my students can continue to learn over the summer!
