These tools/tablets will provide students with ways to decompress when emotions are high and learn some skills to self-calming when needed. Students will be able to use apps to help enhance their decision making skills. The construction paper and chart paper will provide me the opportunity to teach the students a variety of mindful lessons to develop an understand how they can control their choices. The sensory seat pads will help students feel more grounded in their chairs. The journal writing and art projects will help to tap into students inner feeling through developing creativity. Students can express ideas and themselves through their art work.
