I strive to help students drive deep into the joys of reading. Often times this means allowing students to go beyond the print in the book. I help students create video book talks to share their favorite books with others. Students to also love to share their own stories by making mini movies where students write their story, build a set, and shoot their movie with an iPad. We also use iPads throughout all grades while learning coding, experimenting with AR and VR that add the to joy of reading experience in the library. With these new iPads, my students will be able to bring their book talks, mini movies, and student creations to life and share with the world.
