After 6 exciting years in elementary school our students are about to graduate and move on to middle school. At the end of the year we are going to take a field trip and celebrate their successful completion of elementary school. For some of these students, it will be the experience of a lifetime. Some of our amazing students have never seen anything beyond the city limits, and this field trip will give them memories that will last a life time. Through out the year they have been learning about nature, mathematics, and life skills that they will get to see in action. Release the fish! In November, our students received trout eggs and have got to learn a significant amount on the life cycle of the trout and what it takes to raise trout and fish for release into the wild. Part of this trip is that our students will get to release their trout into the wild rivers. This project has taken up most of the year and they will be able to see the their hard work make an impact on the wildlife in New Mexico. Again, this trip would not be possible for some of our students with out your help and so we thank you for choosing us!
