Flexible seating increases student engagement, helps students work collaboratively, and improves their communication skills. In a class of 100% English language learners, this is muy importante! As a teacher, flexible seating helps me create a variety of groups throughout the day based on student need in each subject area. I'm better able to pull small groups, create reading circles, teach mini-lessons, and take the seating outside! Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component of motivating them and increasing the quality of their work. By allowing them to move and providing them with these wiggle cushions, we help them regain their focus. Thank you in advance for your generous donation!
