Currently our children are resting on thin yoga mats which does not meet best practice standards. Research has shown that children who are well rested have an easier time learning and regulating their emotions. Being well rested also impacts health by decreasing chances of illness and boosting immune systems. This in turn will increase attendance and children who are in school more learn more! Help me give my children a more comfortable place to rest so they are able to perform and learn at the highest level they can! Any chance to give these little learners a chance to be the best they can be is a chance to make the world a better place.

About my class
