Every student is unique! If you were to walk into my classroom on any given day, you would see different kinds of personalized learning, students working at a pace that works best for them, using resources that speak most clearly to them. Students who want to watch informational videos about the immune system can do that, students who want to build a physical, working model of the lungs together can do that, students who want to create artwork to save endangered species can do that, and students who want to read and work silently by themselves can do that! My goal is to make science education more accessible, interesting, and memorable to ALL students, by creating a place where they see themselves as capable scientists, learning about topics that actually apply to them and their lives.
