I am a Physical Education teacher at an elementary school in California. It is always a challenge to keep all students engaged and active. With the rise in serious health problems facing our youth, mainly due to a lack of activity and unhealthy eating habits, it is especially important to equip children with the skills & desires to be physically active and eat healthy. My goal is to provide as many different activities as possible in the hope that everyone will find something that motivates them to stay active and healthy for life.

About my class
