Incorporating a dry ice machine into my science classroom will enable me to create new, fun, and exciting experiments for my students. Through the use of dry ice in the classroom, many engaging lessons can be created to ensure student participation. I believe that this will also create a lasting impression on my students and hopefully instill a zeal for science and learning. It will also enable me to create hands-on learning experiences for students that, due to financial constraints and other factors, might otherwise never be afforded these opportunities outside of school. I have no doubt that creating engaging lessons can positively affect my students, regardless of whether or not their individual future goals involve a career in science.
