I have been incorporating Yoga into my PE classes more and more and the students love this section of class. I am looking to have the students enjoy the experience further with individual yoga mats. I added different type of mats into my Donors choice shopping cart. I would need 30 yoga mats for the students to have their own. My students are great at setting up and cleaning up various equipment as we transition through the days' activities. Studies have shown varying the types of movements and exercises benefits learning for all. Adding the individual yoga mats will add to the students performance and focus. Giving students their own learning space is great for focus, structure and results.
