My classroom is very technology based; every student has a Chromebook to use during the school day. Not only do we use our Chromebooks to write stories and do research but we are also able to do learning activities where there is music or speaking. Headphones would be a great tool for each student to be able to focus on what they are doing and not their neighbor. Along with work on their computers we also do a great deal of partner work and group work where we are moving around the room. Clipboards would be a great edition for these times.
