A moving body is a learning brain! My classroom would be full of opportunities for my students to choose a seat that is most conducive to their learning. You will often find me sitting on this flexible seating during meetings and planning times. I feel as though if your body is getting what it needs, then your brain can focus. Students need opportunities to be given a voice and a choice in their learning and this is one great way!
