My students have challenges manipulating common protocols and features only using the keypad on their Chromebook such as drag & drop, copy & paste, highlight to annotate digital text. When the students have a keyboard mouse they will be able to do these things more efficiently which will enable them to be more effective in submitting accurate assignments. The students will use the mouse everyday during instruction. Also, our class is need need of a heavy duty pencil sharpener. My students work very hard, and it seems that the pencil sharpener that we have is dying and does not get the pencils sharp enough. Having a heavy duty pencil sharpener will ensure that my students are always ready to engage in the lessons before them.
