I have projects planned for color sticks, pastels, tempera cakes, markers, and different types of paper to give my students a well rounded first year of art education. We will be crafting, creating, and learning about the types of art as well as famous artists in history to broaden their horizons and expand their idea of beautiful art. With the supplies purchased, I will be able to teach the students different methods and types of art that I would not be able to teach otherwise. The students love to display their artwork, and having a cork board and magnets to use for display purposes will encourage all the budding artists in our school.
