These STEM materials will allow my students to start their morning off using their creativity and problem-solving skills. Instead of working on a boring worksheet quietly at a desk, my students will be able to work collaboratively, creatively and tactilely to enhance critical thinking skills in a fun and engaging way. Since Science and mathematics are used throughout our lives and technology is forever evolving it's important to give students plenty of opportunities to foster ingenuity and creativity. STEM activities help to teach students how to solve and deal with real world situations that will arise in their lifetime. STEM immerses students in hands-on inquiry and open-ended exploration while allowing for multiple right answers and reframing failure as a necessary part of learning. Young students are naturally curious about the world and love to learn through hands-on classroom activities. Help me encourage a love of learning in my students through exploration and collaboration. Let's bring STEM alive in the classroom!
