These materials will be used to create a mock cafe for job skills training for students with significant disabilities. The coffee machine and all other supplies will be used to set up the cafe in our class's kitchen. The students will make an assembly line to fill their orders. A classroom cafe will build job skills that can transfer to future employment opportunities. Students will learn how to write down an order. They will work on creating beverages while following kitchen safety rules. The students will use map skills to make their deliveries on the school campus. They will be able to interact with peers and school personnel.
