My students are diverse learners with diverse needs. By donating to our project, you will be helping to create a space where they can flourish academically. With the help of some sensory tools and chair bands my students will be able to calm their bodies and attend to tasks. With headphones and voice recorders my students will be able to listen and follow along to different stories. With the draw and write board and magnatabs my students will be learning with their hands. With the bulletin board I will be able to post important student information (emergency medical plans, bus routes, dietary restrictions etc.) to maintain a safe classroom. With the storage boxes I will be able to incorporate more independent work stations in each center. From social stories to storytelling puppets, all of these materials will support their unique learning styles.
