Preschool is all about active learning! Little bodies need plenty of movement opportunities to stay engaged and focused on learning. And some students need to move more than others, which is why a variety of seating options would be so helpful for keeping my most active learners engaged in the classroom. Allowing extra opportunities for movement within a safe and defined space will meet those students' need for movement and sensory input while keeping them with the group and engaged in learning activities. A variety of options will give us the flexibility to experiment with what works best for each child.

About my class
