Everyday my students come to school without basic needs met. It is helpful for students to have access to snacks, so they don’t hoard food or feel embarrassed bringing lunches of whatever they could find, and feel they have choices like their peers. So I would like the snacks I ordered and we can use them on field trips too! My students love to learn and want to do more science labs, usually regular education teachers don’t have materials to share, so I do what I can with Pinterest, but it is great to have educational grade materials to supplement my lessons. So I would like to get the crime scene documentation, find a rock and find a Mineral Kits. Most of my students don’t have access to a lab type environment. The oragami paper will help teach my students perseverance and leadership, as they want to start an after school club, learning about oragami and to share there knowledge. I wanted the Benkin laptop charging station, due to not having one and to help students learn to treat technology with respect by putting it away and charging it. Right now I keep the laptops behind my desk due to not having safe place to put them. I use technology a lot with my students, I want them to learn to be smart about the content they use, trust and share. Thank You for your consideration. Respectfully, Ms. Mues
