Have you ever been tired of sitting in an uncomfortable seat all day long and expected to sit still and quietly? No thanks...... This classroom needs your help to finish off our flexible seating learning environment that has already proven to help my students learn with comfort and ease that meets all of their needs. It is my goal to give these learners as many different seat choices as possible that can assist them with their need for comfort, their need for wiggling, and their need to learn in a fun and flexible atmosphere. So far we have tree trunk seats to help us with focusing and using our core strength, yoga balls to bounce out the wiggles and help us concentrate, and now we need the ecr4kids surf portable lap desks. Lap desks will provide the students the flexibility to work in their own space throughout the room and promote cooperate learning. The Can Do Inflatable Donut Ball seats will assist with core strength which improves focus! All of these seats together give our students the choice to learn where they want to, how they want to, and spice things up at the same time! Students feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment. Flexible seating allows students to choose where they work and with whom. It also allows them to change their location and positions as needed. Finally, it assists with concentration, coordination, and focus. Help us complete the final piece of the puzzle. This will result in a more active, engaged, enthusiastic, and relaxed room of students!
