Adding these additional leveled text in our classroom library is going to help my students to be even more motivated! Offering students to opportunity to "shop" for books when the supply is high is so exciting and helps students to see that there are so many wonderful books about interesting topics at their "Just Right Level"! I want to open my students' minds when it comes to choice and in order to do that, I need to have the necessary amounts of texts to make the concept of choice a reality. These "Just Right Levels" really allow students to grow and learn as readers within text that they can truly understand and comprehend. This is how we build those lifelong readers.
