If ONLY I could turn back time to the days when my siblings and I had bean bags, shag carpets and our Mother could make anything. Fast forward from 1979 to 2019- all those groovy (although now it is called sensory) materials help shape an amazing environment for flex seating! In 2019, the items we are requesting are expensive, when added to the countless other supplies not covered by the budget. A few hundred dollar budget is consumed with supplies; such as, pencils, crayons, etc. Having these great seating items would be magical! Spending 8 hours a day in an industrial setting verses 8 hours in a cheerful classroom would be a great present for my learners.
