Research has shown that movement is important to keep the brain ready for learning, It can improve focus, retention, and even decrease behavior issues! Research has also shown that trauma, like students have faced, can lead to restlessness and hyperactivity. My students deserve a safe outlet for their restlessness that won't distract from their learning. I want to be able to provide this to them through the use of desk kick bands. By allowing them a way to fidget they will be able to focus more and dig into their learning! Desk kick bands give my students the opportunity to move and fidget whenever they need while still interacting with the material we are learning!

About my class
