The items I am asking for will make a huge difference in my classroom. Kids are expected to sit in their chairs at their desks for several hours throughout the day. During instruction and work time, students would benefit from using sensory tools such as hand fidgets, chair bands, seat cushions and wobble chairs. Wobble chairs are designed to increase focus in ADHD students by allowing for movement without distracting other students. All of my students would have equal opportunity to use these tools and would be so grateful! My students would benefit from the opportunity to get their wiggles out without disrupting the entire class. These chairs allow for students to move around and stretch without tipping over.
