I would like to provide my students with appropriate strategies and equipment to help manage their stress, and feel safe and at peace throughout their school day. My students often don't have the means or the experience to manage negative feelings and often need assistance with how to deal these feelings. I would like to be able to provide my students with sensory based equipment that they do not have access to, in order to assist them with self regulation. Having access to tools to assist them with self regulation throughout their day will provide them an outlet for feelings of anxiety, anger, and depression.
