Could you imagine, not having someone to read a story to you? Some of my students have this experience every day. My goal is to give them an alternative, because sometimes I find myself being the only voice they hear. With technology, 5 new tablets, we can bridge that gap, and accelerate their learning. We can also help them prepare for their future lives. But, how are these kids supposed to have access to technology, when some of them don't even have homes? This project will level the field and help give these kids other voices and stories to read. Could you imagine?
