Boredom in the classroom, leads to behavior issues. I believe the options of flexible seating using the stable yoga ball as well as fidget spinners will help to tremendously decrease the urge to act out in class. Each student will be given a form of flexible seating. Their behavior will determinant of keeping or losing their privileges. The rug will be used as apart of a cool down/ reflection area. This area will be utilized to prevent sending student(s) out. Students will have the opportunity to rotate their seating, I believe this will allow students to have something fun to look forward to outside of academic learning. It is my goal to create a fun and energetic learning atmosphere for all of my students. Students who can't focus can't learn.
