The physical activity materials requested are visual cues and reminders for my young learners not only to be physically active everyday, but also to engage in a variety of activities. Whether walking into or leaving the gymnasium, students will be inspired and motivated to reach their individual fitness goals. The donations towards this physical activity mural will not only boost our physical learning space, but also enhance students' experience and push them to inquire/explore, set goals and achieve. Majority of my young learners are from the surrounding low-income Hispanic/Latino neighborhood. Besides popular sports, such as soccer and basketball, many have no exposure to other means to be physically active.
