Last year was our first year to participate in an archery tournament. Our students made it to state in the IBO 3D category without even having animal targets to use for practice. I would love to give my students an opportunity to practice with the animal targets so they will have even more success this year. My hope is to return to the state tournament and score higher than we did last year. With the students being able to actually practice on the targets that will be used at state, it can only help them reach their highest potential. That is why we are asking for both a buck and antelope target. Those are the largest and most expensive animals that will be used during tournament. We are also asking for more mini genesis bows. Having these will allow me to teach 3rd grade this sport as well and grow the archery program.
