We all need to read and understand directions in order to do our best. But how can we do our best if we can't see the work that we need? With a document camera, I can model for students how to complete work so that no one has to guess how to complete a new assignment. My students love to let their hard work shine. With a document camera, students can display their work for the whole class to see. We can even have discussions where students share their thought process in order to help their peers think of problems in a new way. Students can be the leaders of the classroom when they have the materials to help them.
