The colored adjustable tables have a place and purpose for our classroom. Having color coordinated tables that are age appropriate will ensure classroom management and child comfort. Our classroom has learning centers so I plan to color coordinate the centers with matching tables to assist transitions for the children. The blue table will go in our language and literacy center, the red table will go in our science center, the yellow table will go in our mathematics center, and the green table will go in our fine motor/manipulative center. This will make a huge difference in the way the children transition throughout the day as they get used to a color coordinated classroom.
