We talk about different places around the world every day in social studies class. The virtual reality headsets in this requested Google Expeditions 5 User Kit will be used to bring the areas of the world we discuss right into the classroom. The students won't just see a picture of the Himalayas, they will feel like they are right there. When students feel like they are a part of the environment around them as they visit different parts of the world through virtual reality glasses, their perspective will grow. Nothing can compare in a classroom to feeling like you are in a particular environment that you may otherwise never get to visit.

About my class
