These percussion instruments will enable the students to stay in step during drill. It will encourage max participation and build their self-confidence and pride as they feel and hear the beat. They will fully enjoy the time we spend building the team while encouraging cooperative learning. Leadership and followership skills are enhanced during these events. Students are instructed on thw art of leadership. We mentor the students through various teambuilding events emcouraging thwm to utlize communication, cooperation, participatiln and followership. Drill is an integral part of our program as it provides a lab so they can apply the skills they have learned.
