By having a speed sled, the athletes will be able to increase the ability to run faster with resistant running. The speed bans that have been chosen will also assist with the speed training as well as the recovery and stretching process. The trampoline will allow many athletes to train without the everyday ware and tare on their bodies. Lastly, the parachutes will allow for the athletes to get the speed resistant training but with a little bit less force as the power sled. This allows us to do many athletes at one time and allow the athlete to cut back on the recovery time
