Daily Math Fluency gives struggling students the foundational math skills needed every day. By developing number sense, students' confidence in math will set the stage for future success. Students come to 5th grade with varying degrees of number sense strengths and weaknesses. Developing and reinforcing number sense to all students helps students understand numbers, their relationships with numbers, and strengthens their math problem-solving skills. The Daily Math Fluency kit will be used daily, as part of a daily math review routine which includes speed math facts, and daily math review over skills needing to be reinforced from previous lessons taught.
