I often have my students working in pairs or groups. As a result, the classroom can get noisy in a good way. However, having an amplifier will allow me to not strain my voice and allow the children to hear me clearly. It will also help the students I am working with in a small group drown out the noise from other students who are working elsewhere in the room. For years, I have had to strain my voice in order to maximize my teaching experience and, in some situations, students have had to strain to focus on what I'm teaching. This amplifier will help eliminate a lot if the frustration that comes along with an active classroom.
