These switch adapted toys will allow my student to be able to learn and interact with toys. This student's physical disabilities limit how she can interact with toys so she is limited with the type of toys that she can play with. Young children learn primarily through play. Currently my student is not receiving the same opportunities as her general education peers because we are limited on switch adapted toys. I would love to be able to give her the experiences that she deserves to have as a young child. The adapted toys and switch will allow this. My student shows enjoyment in toys and is learning how to work a switch in order to play independently.

About my class
