As a school psychologist for students with behavioral & academic challenges, they need a comforting and safe space to come to when they are stressed or highly anxious. The bean bags, rugs, aromatherapy humidifier and encouraging posters will give a feeling of "home" for the students to feel more comfortable and easily build rapport and engage in conversation. The mindfulness and social skills board games will help the students learn how to engage with others, control their emotions appropriately and make better choices. Additional items such as markers, construction paper, printing paper will be used for creative projects and hands-on activities to enhance their creative skills!
