When a student is put in a different element they will retain information better. With rewards they will try harder and be more willing to try. Students like to feel important and along with iPads they need headphones to individualize their learning. If a student is aware that a reward is to sit in a special chair, every students works towards that. Even the most rebellious and disruptive students. These kids deserve to stand out and feel as if they are important to us. They need items like these to help them realize that they are. That we care and will happily go out of our way to make them happy and help them to learn.

About my class
