We will use the easel to read, write and share together as a class. The easel board will improve the sharing of student work. Second graders are not quite tall enough to write on the whiteboard on the wall and our Smartboard is not always working properly. This will allow class writing to stay visible for students. The example gives them ideas and a structured example to use while writing. The calendar will help us improve our math skills and learn about the date. This is a great way to improve students presentation skills when it is their week to present the calendar to the class.
