These materials will make a HUGE difference with my students learning. They will be used to create a diverse library giving ALL students access to books that will keep them reading. By expanding my diverse library, I will be helping students to get in the mode of reading and learn to love it! I want my readers to have the opportunity to read books that are intriguing and relatable. The books I have chosen include characters who have experiences from diverse cultures, backgrounds, families, and disabilities. I would love to use these books for read aloud, an all class read or for small groups. My students will greatly appreciate these diverse books! Thank you!
