In my classroom a have only two chromebooks for a group of 16 students in each group. I need at least 4 more chromebooks, but they're too expensive. Four tablets will help a lot to get my students ready to work with Science, Social Studies and specially Math computer programs. Having tablets for my students will allow them to work independently at workstation and work on their grade level. One way of distinguish learning is by using diversity of resources. With the use of tablets the teacher will have evidence of their work and also their progress. The teacher can meet in a small group with those students struggling in any area. They will work with many different Science , Social Studies and Math computer programs like:Brain Pop, Xtra Math,Kahoot, Near Pod and many more. Also, with the use of the tablets cam and Clever badges, they can have easy access to the programs.This will permit them to login very quickly to any assign computer program. Giving my students the opportunity to work with tablets in the classroom during workstations will impact their learning growth in a positive way and will help them practice what they learned.
