These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by making the skills more engaging and including all learners in the classroom. The document camera will allow students to see work from their peers as well as sharing their own work samples. The reusable dry erase pockets allow my students to practice various skills we learned in class so that they can apply them to their weekly assessments. I am able to monitor their mastery and not make tons of copies. I believe that hands on learning motivates students to take risks and helps them self correct without being embarrassed in front of their peers. Students enjoy playing games and so if I can tie it to a reading standard then I won't have to use homework as a way for practicing.
