I am moving from fourth to first grade and these books will allow me to record videos of me reading or read aloud these books during our live meetings to my students while sharing the images on each page. I want students to be able to see the illustrations on each page as I know how important this is to help them improve reading comprehension and engage in the story. When we are able to return to our school site again I want to add these books to our class library so students can read these books independently. I want our class library and read-aloud books to celebrate and educate on diversity and the beauty in our differences while helping these young readers develop a love for reading!
