Our middle school students are eager to make a difference. They have a lot of ideas to improve their lives and the lives of others. Often, coming up with a way to get their ideas to come to life, is a problem. With the help of a Dremel 3D40 printer, our students will have opportunities to use the engineering design process to take their ideas and create prototype models. They'll learn how to evaluate their creations, work to make improvements, and develop critical thinking skills. We want students to develop creative solutions to everyday problems by examining the world around them and figuring out ways to make it better. The students will be introduced to skills, technology, and software that is critical to their future success. It will be very exciting to see how their talents will be developed as they explore the opportunities through this innovative technology.
